Shipping

We proudly ship our products to customers all over the world. Our shipping days are every Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email notification with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your package. During the checkout process, the shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and displayed. However, in Sri Lanka, we offer free delivery for all orders.

Please note that for international orders, customs fees and taxes may be applied in accordance with the regulations of the importing country. These additional charges are not included in your order, and HEDONE cannot be held responsible for any fees incurred.

Please keep in mind that while we dispatch packages on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the tracking number for international orders will be provided a day or two after the package is handed over to the courier service of your choice. For local orders, you will mostly receive the tracking number on the day of dispatch or the following day.

 

Returns 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if the package arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize. We encourage you to promptly contact us at founder@hedoneskincare.com or reach out to us via WhatsApp at (+94) 76 690 7764.

Kindly provide us with pictures of the product and its batch number. To initiate a return or exchange, please send back the purchased product(s) within 14 days. Rest assured, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item remains unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.​
