We deliver our products worldwide. Our shipping days are every Tuesday and Thursday. Once your order is sent, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number. The shipping rates for international orders will be calculated and shown during the checkout process. In Sri Lanka, all orders qualify for free delivery. 

Please be aware that for international orders, customs fees and taxes will be applied according to the importing country's regulations. These fees are not included in your order, and HEDONE will not be held responsible for any charges incurred.​

To initiate a return or exchange, please send back the purchased product(s) within 14 days. Rest assured, we will gladly issue a refund as long as the item remains unopened, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
